Kitchen Space

For decades, Allies for Community Business and the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC) were working independently to help food and beverage entrepreneurs and invest in underserved communities. But together we knew we could do more.

In 2016 we teamed up to create a joint venture to build a 67,000 square foot food and beverage incubator on the West Side of Chicago called The Hatchery. The Hatchery provides a wide range of services and networking opportunities to help food and beverage entrepreneurs at every stage.
